Bartholomew Park Winery's Estate Vineyard is located at the base of the Mayacamas Mountain range in Sonoma Valley. The Cabernet Sauvignon on the Estate exhibits complex flavors and considerable finesse - a classic example of Sonoma Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

Winemaker Notes:
The fruit was hand-picked and delivered to the winery in the cool morning hours. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks with regular mixing by gentle pump-overs using louvers (screens) to eliminate pumping skins and seeds. The wine was aged in French oak barrels, 40% new, for 18 months.
